It’s a fast paced world we live in and everyone has barriers (including myself) as well as finding time to eat well, walk, train, drink 74820 glasses of water, cook healthily and from scratch, working, looking after a family, keeping on top of housework, meeting friends whilst trying not to lose the bloody plot – it’s exhausting!
